When will I recive my order?

Most products listed on the website are in stock. When the items are in stock, you will receive your order within 24-72 business hours. In case we need to contact you for more information to verify your order will be sent an email.

Under some unforeseen circumstances, if the product is not in stock, you can not receive your order within 24-72 business hours. In that case, please allow 2-4 additional days to take stock of your product again. If your order can not be shipped within 5-7 business days, you will be duly informed by email with an explanation including an estimated receipt date.

Usually we send the orders through UPS, SEUR, TNT, Fedex or other prestigious carrier with a 48 hours service for the countries in the C. E. E and 4 days for the orders in the rest of the world.

How much does it cost?

If the order weighto is smaller than 100Kg, the transport price appears every time that you add a product into the shopping cart. On the contrary, if the weight were greater than 100Kg, we will put in contact to indicate the exact amount of the bearings.

Do you have to be at home during the delivery?

Yes, somebody must be in your house to receive the packages. If it´s not possible, you must give your professional direction , the direction of some friend or relative to us. In there case, you don´t forget to come up to them!

What happens if there is nobody in house when the carrier makes the delivery ?

Don´t worry. The carrier will try to make the delivery during some times. After this time and when the delivery was insolvent, the package will return back to us. In this case, Subprof give back the money to the client but not the transport money.

¿ Can I stop a shipment that has already left the offices of Subprof?

No, it isn´t possible. As soon as the payment of the order is made, it´s impossible to back down the shipment.

Is there any additional cost that isn´t show in the Web side?

No. You must pay only the transport price that appears in the shopping cart in the Web site.

Will I have to pay something in the package delivery?

Not if you live in CEE. The indicated price in your shopping cart includes shipping and taxes.
In Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla and all the countries out of CEE the invoice includes the shipment cost, but is posible that in customs you have to pay taxes.
Your local Chamber of Commerce or a customs broker should be able to provide you more information about the customs cost to import material from the European Economic Community.


Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns or exchanges:

1. If the product has suffered any damage during the shipping
In this case, Subprof S.L. will take care of the expenses of the shipment incurred because of the change.
Please, note that this procedure may have some delay because this incident involves transportation companies outside Subprof S.L.

2. If we send a wrong or defective product
In these cases, Subprof S.L. will take care of the expenses of the shipment incurred because of the change.

In these cases, the customer will have to take care of the expenses incurred because of the change.

Conditions to accept the return:

-To accept the return, products must be returned within 30 working days before receive the package.
-The product should be returned in original packaging/box. The product may not have been used. The product must be accompanied by the RMA authorization that we will provide you.

How to return a product:

-To make a return of a product or whole order: Contact us through the customer´s attention form of the website, indicating the order number or product with a brief explanation of the reason for return.
-Once you receive by mail an authorization number for return, you can return the product or order. Especially within the shipment include the authorization number to make the correct change. Also we will send you all the documentation you need to send it.
-Please make sure the package has been properly closed and can not be damaged during shipping.
-Upon receipt of the return in our office and after checking the status of the material, we will proceed to change the product or refund the money in approximately 1-2 weeks, by the same way as you have made the payment.
